Well, completed the Sheffield 10k today in a new PB of 45.08. Im absolutely delighted with this and if it were not for the stitch at about 8k I reckon I would have nailed 45mins.
Oh well, the focus is on for my first half before the end of the year and so I guess the sub 45min will have ti wait until next year.
