Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. Just wondering if anyone knows of a good physio in Sheffield? Problems with my lower back and knee that need sorting, had a great physio in Aberdeen but a little far too go now I've moved down! Any recommendations would be awesome. Cheers

http://www.whitehouse-clinic.co.uk/ helped me with back problems some years back.

Worth a look. Costs money of course.

Richard Webber & John Ostrovskis at the Clinic - 919 Abbeydale Road. Sorted out a nasty back injury of mine a few years ago.

I went to see Leanne? I thnk it was there.. she was superb, only had one session but spent ages with me plotting how to get back and it worked.

In reply to FranC: I've used this lot. First examination is £45 I think.

Seen a couple of them and they always sorted my injury out.

In reply to FranC: http://www.hallamshirephysiotherapy.com/ Great firm in Broomhill. Used to climbers and most sporting injuries.

+1 for those guys (Hallamshire Physiotherapy), been there 2 or 3 times over the past decade. Expect prices are much the same everywhere (?) roughly £45 for first consultation, about £35ish after that (for the same condition).

They are an advertsier on UKB but I'd used them for years before and have always been impressed on their focus on root cause analysis of problems as opposed to short term alleviation of symptoms.

Some useful videos by the consultants specifically on climbing injuries here:
