In a good location and preferably near a pub. Never been to Skye brgore so o don't have a clue.

Twin room option is preferable and decent facilities.

Another vote for Carbost, but with a little more of a walk from the Bunkhouse ( or cabin) to the pub

From the 1st of November Sligachan Hotel will close for the Winter then will re open on the 1st of March 2014.

In reply to An Triubhas: Never stayed in the Bunkhouse but the Old Inn is spot on in terms of a venue for food and beer. 20 minute drive to either Glen Brittle or Slig so well situated. Not got much in the way of a shop in Carbost for hill grub in the mornings so go well stocked in that respect.
