I think that the route is Repentance on Cathedral Ledge, New Hampshire.

I led it in a very fat year (Dec 2001) and was utterly terrified all the way. Thankfully, it was stepped out but still, what a line!

In reply to franksnb: I wonder how hard he was biting into that carbon fibre while pulling over that chock stone with the fist jam? You could tell that he was getting a bit stressed there because he started doing what I do, slapping the tool a bit sideways, rather than picking away neatly.
Half way through I had to stop watching to calm down for a second.

I'm guessing before, the fall was march 2010 and this climb was filmed in 2010, and someing tells me that you wouldn't be out climbing in 9 months after smashing your pelvis and all lose ribs.

At the crux of the first route there is an edit just before he goes over the chock stone so I'd guess there is a reasonable rest under it. I see his took his right glove off at the crux but didn't see it go back on.
