Hi All

I know I am a Cheeky so and so for posting this on here but its all for a good cause so i would love to get the message out to as many people as i can.

After waking up on sunday moring feeling rough and looking out of the window seeing a grey day i was not in a good mood and then I read about the Batkid story

If you havent seen it i swear it will mae you smile and restore some of your faith in the world.

Reading this story changed my mood cpompletely and after seeing the amazing work the make a wish foundation do my 6yr old daughter Rae and I were inspired to do something to raise some money to help this wonderful cause.

We decided between us on the 7th of December we would indoor rock climb the equivalent height of Scafell pike, Englands highest mountain (3200 feet).

Not only are are we going to have to climb the indoor climbing wall 98 times but due to it being the festive season we are going to do it dressed as Santa and one of his helpers. I bet he gets up all of his chimneys easier than we do the climb.

I promise to post some pictures after the event (thats if i am still alive lol)

you can donate via text or via my just giving page:
http://www.justgiving.com/Alanlgm

If we raise £100 via the just text giving code then Vodafone will match it so please use the text code as below.

text the code ROCK95 followed by an amount in pounds (£1,£2,£3.£5 or £10) to 70070.

example.

ROCK95 £3 to 70070.

Thanks for helping us support this wonderful cause.

Thanks to High Sports Basildon for letting us use their climbing wall.

Have a great day all
