My dad's amazon wish list has a bible on it, doesn't seem very imaginative, anyone know where I can get a signed copy? maybe a first addition.

Ask Richard Dawkins? I'm sure he'd be happy to oblige.

Signed by God, Jesus or me - or perhaps Mike TS?

But its impossible. The bible was written by many different authors.

And do you want New or Old testament?

(I can do you an original copy of Genesis, signed by a Mr Genesis)

In reply to David Barratt:

Shame, I thought this would be easier. What to get for a man who only has a bible and a fire extinguisher on his wish list!

You sir, are a genius.

Phil Collins?

A fire extinguisher?
 johncook 07 Dec 2013
In reply to Rob Exile Ward:

He's an atheist. He's going to burn the bible, and needs the extinguiser to put out the fire caused by the lightening strike!
OP David Barratt 07 Dec 2013
In reply to johncook:

Actually, my dad's a minister (you'd think the deluded would have enough bibles…) and one of my brothers has bought the fire extinguisher.

In reply to David Barratt:

In reply to David Barratt:

Surely he doesn't have everything he needs or'd like but a fire extinguisher and a Bible?

Buy him something frivolous and silly? ()

I presume you mean a first edition, or is the misspelling (sic) irony.

In reply to David Barratt:

Indeed, my spelling is not great. Maybe a childhood of religion broke me.

Maybe Phil Collins would be happy to sign.
