Does anyone know if there is a web service available to bring back uk vehicle data, preferably free and returning data in xml?
Only seem to have found one so far, but no idea on pricing?

Would have thought DVLA would offer this, even for a fee, to cut out middle men like the above - can't seem to find anything though.
