Kalymnos too hot?

In reply to aujayeb: I've never been, plus I'm willing to climb when it's hotter than most would tolerate, it's the cold I don't like.

In reply to aujayeb:

I've not been to Kaly in My but have it on good authority from friends who have that it can be very windy, so much so as to be a problem.
May can be very lovely in the south of France (but I've had snow in the Verdon at that season)
In reply to aujayeb:

May/June are the best months in the UK - Portland for sport then Cornwall for classic trad?
