Here is a report on the 2013 Scottish Tooling Series which, as usual, saw a good turn out of strong toolers from across the country keen to get fit and strong ready for the winter season. In addition, we also have a report on the first ever 'Festival of Ice' held at the Ice Factor at the beginning of November, which also saw a very good turn out for the competition, masterclasses and lectures that were available...
