I have injured my index, middle and ring finger attempting a problem which was beyond me. The pain is on the joint closest to my finger tips on all the mentioned fingers. I can't feel any pain pulling with an open grip, it only hurts when crimping or if I straighten my finger and press against a surface, like when pressing a button. Does anyone have any idea what I might of done? Many thanks in advance.
