As in Potentially Unwanted Programs. When I switched on my pc this morning I went to Mozilla Firefox. However a screen came up saying "Another program on your computer would like to modify Firefox with the following add-on:
Media Watch 1.1...."
There is then a tick box option to allow installation which I left unticked. I closed the screen assuming that I had stopped the installation. However, when I went to the list of programs in "Control Panel", "Media Watch 1.1" was on the list which suggests to me that whatever input you make the program has installed itself anyway. I've had this happen several times. Has anyone else had it and is there anyway you can stopped it?
