Hard to reply properly without more info. Crags that rarely get rained on, or crags with routes sheltered from the rain?

Very rarely rains everywhere in the UK, how's Swanage looking? That was always a good bet from Sheffield.

From Liverpool, Hyll-drem isn't that far, the girdle stays dry in a downpour.

Bits of Stoney Middleton in the Peak.
Cow dale if you get desperate.
Raven Tor?
Chee Dale when its not dripping with seepage.

Kyrie Eleison and the Bat (bolted aid in caves) were always good fun on wet days. Not that that is a dry activity.

New Mills Torr, if you're desperate. It makes for a good training crag as it's pretty damn steep!

In reply to Dan Lane:
I used to live in New Mills, and if it was raining in the Peak we could almost always get a route in on The New Mills Torr.

Cheers for the advice, Informing the others now see what we can get done, peaks looks ok but rain after 2 and still going to be wet from today

At Tremadoc Striptease VS usually stays dry in the rain
First pitch of Void then ab off fixed gear makes a nice E1 that usually stays dry
