After a few issues with ordering with Holdz (all my own fault), I'd just like to rave about how good their customer service is. Not only did they get back to me on Sunday via email but after informing them that they'd sent an extra hold by mistake, they told me to keep it.
Really chuffed with the level of service they gave me
