I want to create some training videos for the Practice Management System that we have developed. I've done webinars, but I'd like to record them and then put them on youtube.

I reckon the content would be up to 45 mins per session, so my questions are these: 1) What tools could I use to record screen displays and voice, and 2) are there any limitations as to how much content you can upload to youtube?

Thanks in advance for any pointers and/or personal experiences.

Bump? Really, no one has experience of this?

I used to use camtasia which I think outputted flash movies but they were just 60 seconds. Plan to try out camstudio and windows movie maker. A colleague just presses pause on recording when the phone rings, otherwise no edits. Depends how professional looking you need to be.
