I'm pretty sure it was Jill Lawrence. I always thought it was Catherine Destivelle until I read somewhere that it was JL, and I posted a thread on here which seemed to confirm that.

Me too, Jill Lawrence. In her account she and Rosie Andrews tossed a coin to see who got the first lead and Jill won.
