Hi,

I'm just doing a quick app concept for a design project at uni and would like some input from the people who would be using said app. I'm looking at creating an app that acts as a database, a guide book and also something to help navigate with to save getting books in and out of your bag on the walk in.

I've thrown a quick survey together (only 4 questions) and would appreciate it if you could fill it out for me please, or just post your thoughts below on the concept of using a phone for a guide over the conventional printed version we are all used to using.

Input will be received gratefully.

Thanks

Dan

And we see immediately where a book is superior to the modern age of internet, apps and whatever!

Not having a suitable phone, I won't be using such an app! However, in case you don't already know, the CC have produced a guidebook app - see http://www.climbers-club.co.uk/idwal-slabs-area-available-on-the-guidebook-... it might well be worth trying to talk to Peter Sterling who has produced the app (I believe).

An unusually simple and seemingly decent survey for UKC. Well done.
