Although he is famous for designing the "Alien" creatures, I remember him most for the cover to Celtic Frost's amazing album "To Mega Therion"

And the poster in the Dead Kennedy's album Frankenchrist, I used to have it and no wonder Tipper Gore blew her immaculately coiffeured nut when she saw it!
I think, if memory serves, it was entitled Penis Landscape - the haywain it won't...

Quite a shock. Was just leafing through one of his books the other day.

I really liked his work, always interesting if not a little odd.

I have one of his books. A lot of his drawings were very explicit. One depicts a man giving a turtle (or tortoise possibly) a good seeing to. Bizarre.
