going to be around stickle tarn / pavey ark area this week with my expectant wife. ive not got a guide book to the lakes so wondering what are the best scrambles and easy (mod, diff, vdiff) climbs here?
also if anyone can point me in the direction of a route description, map or scan me a page from a guide, if be ubergrateful

also if its not too much to ask can you make it stop raining?

Fri & Sat forecast looks okay.

Spoilt for choice for scrambles and easy climbs:

Jacks Rake - 1 - on Pavey;
Crescent climb - Mod - on Pavey;
White ghyll edge - 2;
Upper Scout crag has a couple of excellent Vdiffs;
Middlefell buttress - diff - Raven crag;
Good scrambling to be had on Harrison Stickle too

thanks for those suggestions, done the rake a few times, got OS maps, might get a book if there are no guides on the net - know any websites? failing that which guidebook to get?
