I few years back I was climbing with a friend and we developed a sort of competition aimed at making sure we manned up to harder routes more often.

In the competition you scored E-points:
Onsight: E2 = 2 E-points. E5 = 5 E-points, etc.
Lead with 1 or 2 falls: as above but divided by two.
Solo: As for on-sight but +1 E-point for each route.
2nd, lead dog, etc: No points.

At the end of the day, the person with the most points "won" ofc. It was also fun to keep track of your best ever days based on the most points scored.

The game was mainly aimed at single pitch crags but it still worked on multi-pitch venues as well. If a multi-pitch route had more than 1 crux pitch, the full set of E-points was awarded for each crux pitch.

What games do other UKCers play a the crag to keep a track of performance or increase the psych or just plain have fun?
