Part way through this and thought I would promote it a bit. Coming at this knowing nothing about the Economy (technically speaking) but a lot of what he says makes sense, to me anyway. Maybe it will strike a chord with some of the UKC collective?
Explains why there is this relentless 'need' for economic growth and wars and materialism. Discusses why everything costs more and more and why we now pay for things which were once free.
Crucially, offers an alternative tot he current chaos but I have not got that far yet so no idea if I will agree.
