Thought this was worth a clearer heads-up as a part of the Stanage festival next weekend. Designed to give many different ways to win as long as you avoid classics, and hopefully weather proof and midge proof. A multitude of methods to score points for routes and for your team and points for your chosen challenge theme, plus points for mystery routes to keep even the cleverest planner guessing.

Did you do it?
It was well aimed at punters (whatever punters are exactly). With very few points related to grade but much more to be had by visiting numerous crags, answering quizzes and stuff.
Just a nice way to meet new climbers and have a good day on the crag.
Grit seasons are a bit of a fun myth, especially for keen punters. We all know hard routes have been done at surprising times of year and some crags are only really climbable in a hot summer; even if most won't choose the sweatiest part of the sweatiest day.
Ermm......how many extra points does a pregnant climber get for the team ascents ?
Is it ~X weeks x X points?
With a bit of conniving, we could be in with a chance !
Anything you can get past us counts. The difficult bit would be the young climber making a serious attempt at all routes . However, I'd say double score for a climber from under represented groups at least and the theme possibilities are good as are the costume ones.
