Just been reading the Boysen bio and very entertaining it is. He makes an interesting point where he wonders if he could have achieved more if he had had a regular climbing partner - Crew/Ingle, Fawcett/Gibb etc Indeed, he spends much of his time trying to recruit various randoms into doing routes with varying degrees of success.
