has any one any experience of starting again after a stroke if so please cheer me up by telling me that your grades went up by 5 or 6 when you started again because I've just had one and the medics were not forthcoming with any reassurance1

There're no definite answers that anyone can give you, I know how scary and frustrating that is. As time goes on there will be more information and answers.

In the meantime rest and try not to worry.

Was from climber magazine, so you could see if there too. Could also drop Mikie a message on the Quay's Facebook and he might be able to give practical advice?
