I'm not getting any emails into my Windows 8 Mail. I know that emails have been sent and I've just tested it by sending myself a message from my Gmail account. Can anyone help please?
Check your spam/junk folder?
Can you check on the server, it may be stopped there.
Is it just certain senders or all senders?
Do all the emails come from a particular domain? For example - @yahoo.com
Assuming you are using office 365 apparently there has been a microsoft update which has affected the way IMAP works with Outlook. I'm currently having the same issue, that is assuming you are using an IMAP connection. If you are you could check your online account to confirm the mails are coming in and it's just Outlook. I am searching for an answer and if I find it will post it up (unless someone else already knows the answer).
