London indoor wall recommendations

Visiting London (Edgware area) this week in 'tourist' mode with family, but intend squeezing the climbing gear into the car in case I get a couple of hours 'me-time'... can anyone recommend a wall with either auto-belays or a reasonable bouldering area?

The Westway has more auto belays, but the Castle has better bouldering

Mile End has one auto belay and great bouldering; including their outdoor garden.

Thank everyone for the pointers - checked out their websites & fancy visiting all three!... feel like the kid in the sweet shop - decisions, decisions...

To add a fourth option (sorry!), the Biscuit Factory is a pure bouldering place and is pretty great as well.
