strange feeling

I have a funny feeling in the back my knee, like a deep dull ache, heavy, and constricted feeling and have no idea why or what it is?

Has anybody had something similar? What was it?

Perhaps a pulled hamstring, if severe, see a physio (or doctor) particularly if there is any swelling. I don't think your signs are particularly pathognomonic and I suspect you won't get a clear answer on here.
