Can't Find App on Nexus 7

In "File Explorer" on my Nexus 7 I've found the files for an App I downloaded a few weeks ago(Sygic) but the App doesn't appear on the Nexus desktop. Can anyone tell me how to get it there please?

In File Explorer,open app manager,long hold on app icon,tick icon box,click on bottom right 3 dots,option send to desktop,done.
