Youtube Error Message

When I try to view something in Youtube I get an error message saying: "An error occurred, please try later. Learn More"

Clicking on "Learn More" opens a link to a page with possible solutions, all of which I've tried but without success.

I can, however, get through on my tablet but it's not always convenient to view clips this way.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Does anyone know how to contact Youtube so that I can report/ask them about this problem please?
