Climb V5's! And lots of V4's that focus on your weaknesses (ie - if you hate crimpy routes, do loads of them, if you hate overhanging routes, do them).
Alternatively, if your anything like me and pressed for time think about investing in a fingerboard, there's loads of good training programs for them floating around. I prefer the beastmaker 2000, as you can get an app that takes the thought out of training quite nicely.
Couple that with some core exercises like the plank and you've got a workout you can do a few times a week that fits around your life (and therefore you are way more likely to do it).
