Is Red Pencil Direct still climbable? The BMC site mentions a rockfall on a route close to it a couple of years ago.Many thanks.

Hi, I climbed it back end of last year with no problems, it was still all there and still great then certainly.

I believe the rock fall was to the side of the red pencils and didn't effect/affect them.

Climbed it in July , no problem. Enjoy but probably not this weekend looking at the forecast!

Did it the other week, no problem, but by far the better route is Gladiator, though easy to do both once up there.
