I know there are a few Guy Martin Fans on here, and who doesn't like a spitfire?

Think Guy was getting a little choked up at the end.

Not surprising given the level of feelings an annoymous spitfire flypast brings out in people. Imagine what it would be like to have worked for 2 years on one, and then see it make its maiden flight.

That was really touching.
All of the folk talking about their experiences working on them back in the day actually, really nice touch that they were included. What an excellent programme.

The anonymous person funding it all was spending some serious money eh? Still, better than buying a football team or something.
