Buying a second hand piano. Any idea on cost to re-tune?

And I know its a variable answer question, but any idea on the weight of an upright piano (make = TM Vincent).

Thanks in advance.
In reply to mick taylor:

Even quite a small upright piano can weight several cwt. Typically you need four people to lift it safely if there are any steps etc to negotiate.

Further to last: I think it would weigh at least 220 kg = 485 lbs

If it has a steel or iron frame then it's worth doing. If it's an old one with a wooden frame, don't bother.

Yep - that's the news i was given and my beloved 1840's Bord has been scrapped in PE for a newer 2nd hand Yamaha..which I admit is miles better.

We got a free tuning form the store several weeks after delivery.
