I tried to find out, but after 3 goes of answering the same questions the same way, I'd ended up at 3 different destinations. It reminded me of the medieval turf labyrinth in Saffron Walden where there is only one path from start to finish, and the skill lies entirely in following it so you don't get spat out of the entrance...

I've 'some' idea of self rescue, though.

FlWs in flech art. You can be rescued and then you are asked to explain why you have a flawless safety record.

I did a self rescue course back when I did my SPSA, but I like waccy-waccy funk guitar so I must be a pimp.

I may have wandered into the wrong flowchart at some point.
