Any Guides for Ilkley (Cow and Calf) Online?

I'm going up to Ilkley (Cow and calf) bouldering on Friday and have ordered Yorkshire Grit stone Bouldering guide book but it wont be here in time. Are there any guides available online? I've not been able to find any.
