How great is yoga? I've been meaning to try it for years, but time, money and a resistance to spending time in classes with wanky hipsters called Tarquin has put me off.

I've been doing her "30 days of yoga" challenge. I can't believe how hard it is and how good it makes you feel. In fact, it's like home made soup; just one of those things you just know is doing you good.
I'm surprised more climbers don't rave about it, given how tight, sore and hunched climbing can make you.
Anyone else a yoga evangelist?
