I am having a problem with what I think is called Hammer Toe when wearing my mountaineering boots. A lot of pain! Looking for advice or even an appointment if you're not a million miles away.

One of your toes 'curls' around the one beside it? Caused by wearing shoes too small when you where a nipper?

Got one myself but doesn't actually cause me any problems as such...interesting party piece if nothing else.

What sort of problems does yours cause? (Mine is the toe beside my big toe, and it curls around the smaller one beside it)

No. All toes on both feet kind of point up then down. None of them touch the ground when relaxed. I get excruciating pain underside of toes after a few hours of wearing B3 stiff boots.
