Grey Rug..... abuse?

I was looking for a source for a specific rug so entered this search term into Google....
"linie brilliant grey rug"

At the bottom of the search results this was displayed.....
"Suspected child abuse content has been removed from this page.
{Link}Report child abuse content{Link}"

Never seen this before..... anything to be concerned about?

One of the links correctly pointed to what I was looking for i.e. this....

None of the links showed anything even remotely dubious.

Bizarre. You can rule out the word 'grey'. None of the other 2 word combinations trigger it.
