Hello all, just bought a pair of scarpa's and the toes fit fine but in the middle of the shoe their is quite a bit of dead space and my heel doesn't really fit all the way in. Any advice on how to remove this, if it's possible, would be great.

Cheers

were they new? if so and youve not been daft enough to wear them outside then you can return them and get a different brand.

if thats not the case, where is this dead space - is it down the sides of the boot or under the sole? what do you mean the heel wont fit in - is it too tight?

Sounds like they don't fit.

Heel lifts, volume adjusters, extra socks.

Or a different boot

It sounds like they simply don't fit.....? I doubt there's too much that can be done, other than send them back, sell them on or put up with it.

The golden rule is try before you buy
