I have been very happyin keeping injury free for the last 15 months....until yesterday...grrrrr. It's so silly. My wee boy wanted an icecream from the shop, so then he couldn't ride his scooter back. So I happily gave it a go only to be stopped by a wee pavement (I didn't quite jump over its as expected with a mountain bike) Flew off it and landed on my shoulder. Never noticed much last night, but today climbing at wall was agony. Have been icing it now, anything else I can do?? Grrr ...apart from avoiding kiddies scooters
