I am new to this site so maybe there is a way to fix it but is there a way to change to layout of the forum so that it is easier to see who has to replied to your comment rather then it all being in a order of when the reply was posted? Kind of like a reddit layout?

No, it's in a linear format, you can't set it to a threaded format. The only thing missing IMO.

I Just use the reply notifications (the little red speech marks on the main forum pages)
