My PC says it's installing an update. It's had that on the screen for twenty minutes which seems a long time. There's a little twirly thing going round.

Is this ok?

tad unusual it would take so long although not completely unknown. It was a pretty serious update yesterday if you are talking about the windows one.
I would start googling for "update buggered computer" and restrict to last day though.

Yeah a lot of people are watching that screen today. Just be patient. If no numbers or anything change for over an hour worry a bit

Glad I saw this thread, I'll ignore the little bubble telling me to install updates until I've done what I want to do so as not to spend ages staring at a update screen.
