Its maybe not so much a preventative (though It will be interesting to see if it helps long term) but it certainly has helped the healing process with split finger ends and speeds up getting back to normal.
Thanks for that - Mrs J suffers from split fingers - we'll try it. My right index finger has a persistent split and I find Urgo Filmogel helps - forms a film over the split and stops it pulling apart further.
