I'm disabled and husband doesn't drive. I love just getting out and watching and use a mobility scooter to get around. Need to find some spots where the kids and practise with their dad where I can get to to watch. We have so much on the doorstep it'd be a shame not to get out from time to time with a picnic. I know Caley is accessible by bridle ways but I know from experience that they aren't the easiest to get down!

In reply to Sleepymrsp:

You may be able to get to the viewpoint above Caley Roadside - there's a spot with benches for picnicing just above the Rocking Stone. You'll be above the boulders though, unless you want to watch the topouts on the Rocking Stone 8-O

I'm not sure you'll get into the quarries up on the Chevin. To be honest, that one bridleway through the main crag by Sugarloaf may be the only half decent climbing place within walking/scootering distance.

Apologies for my ignorance, can you get the scooter on a bus? Is there a bus service to Brimham Rocks?
