Anyone know of any Shooting venues where you are permitted to retain the Kingfishers you shoot for consumption?

But I do know of an eating venue of the Indian variety where you are allowed to drink them.

Not much meat on a Kingfisher....not all is lost however. May I suggest the Snowy Egret and then utilising the Kingfisher as a toothpick?
If agreeable, I do believe Cornwall to be a most excellent venue for both.
