Chris Craggs Costa blanca Guide (97 edition), any good or dated?

As title really, Found a box of guides at a charity shop, grabbed all the UK ones and a few for mainland europe, Mates off to Costa Blanca, is it worth giving them this guide or is it to old to be useful?

It has the main venues in it but it 18 years old, has no photo-topos, and there has been loads of developments since then so I'd say too dated to be of much use,
