Balgone Heughs I was at north berwick law quarry on sunday and spoke to a coupl of guys who said theyd tried to go to balgone and been sent away by the farmer claiming there will be no more climbing at the crag.

Does anyone know the actual situation or why this may be?
Im aware of the shooting ban from october but it would be good to try and get there again before then and a shame if this great venue were to be lost!

I've emailed you. For anyone reading, please check the general access agreements - quiet, sensible approaches, leave cars at north Berwick and dont go during the shooting season.

Thanks for posting. Will try to find out what this is about with Jaime. It would be a great shame to loose this venue. We can't stress enough that access instructions on the page are followed.

We are still waiting to hear from the Landowner about access,.

In the mean time we have heard that the Total Warrior races are being held there this weekend. This has involved building the course etc and perhaps hence the issues regarding access.

In light of this please avoid Blagone this weekend and perhaps the following days to allow for the clean up etc. Cheers, Seb
