Beginners/Group crag & ghyll scrambling Coniston area
I'm heading to a big family gathering this weekend in Coniston and I was wondering if anybody could recommend a nice friendly single pitch climbing venue nearby where we could take some of the kids. I've scoured the guidebooks and can't see anywhere that stands out.
Also any ghyll scrambles in the Coniston area that you'd recommend?

Lindale Slabs (in the UKC logbook) is good.....not too far away.
I've took plenty of groups up Church Beck.
