Hi there , has anyone done spit on cup , if so can you remember how do you get down ? Struggling with the translation In the book ,,, all we can make out is there's a 50m abseil ?

Yes. At the top, ab down about 10 metres to an ab station on a slab. It's almost a full 50 metres ab from there.

There are two ab stations at the top, use the lower one otherwise you won't hit the floor and will spend half an hour dangling on a single bolt whilst your mates faff.

From the top walk left (facing in), ascending very slightly. Shortly the path will begin to descend, first over a a few broken rocky bits before a simple path in the woods. That will bring you out (about 10 mins from top of route) at the top of a cliff. Here there are a few ab points. You should be able to touch down with 60m ropes without needing to do a second abseil. When you reach the grassy terrace it is a straightforward walk off, overall trending left (facing out) above some slabs. Be careful here: there may be climbers below and knocking stuff would be quite easy!
