Could anyone possibly help me with access to this article:

http://jaoa.org/article.aspx?articleid=2098710

It's the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association. It actually says it's "free" but they seem to mean "free" in the sense that if you give them money, they will let you see the entire article for free...

Sorry canĀ“t help, link to the pdf seems broken on their website as we should in principle be able to get that journal.

Anyway, looking this up was good for laugh, as the title below gets first prize for stating the bleeding obvious:

Gerold, KB, Cranial gunshot wounds best managed in specialized trauma centers, The Journal of the American Osteopathic Association, May 1991, Vol. 91, 425.

you can dowload the pdf from the worlds slowest website:
http://cdm17018.contentdm.oclc.org/cdm/singleitem/collection/myfirst/id/246...
just press the download button
^ apprently that doesn't work, you have to search for it which through that website will take forever, just search the title in google then look for that site

Thanks but even though google I can't get it to work--I get a message that there was an error in retrieving the collection.

You can dowload pretty much any journal article using sci-hub.org. Explanation here: http://allanino.me/blog/everything-else/do-you-know-sci-hub/
The Website is actually very easy to use. You just have to search for a paper, and if it appears in the Google search, you can download it for free. It uses hacked proxy accounts from all over the world. Re ethical issues see

That's a cool trick, thanks. For this particular article it's just giving me an error message though:

I'd even be willing to fork over the $25 for the journal issue but their order form is broken!

Perhaps contacting them could yield results?

Best of luck.

I think that's maybe my only option now. This had better be one amazing article...

Worth it for the end result I'm sure, I gave myself a funny knee for four months for my Countryside Management diploma, after staggering around the countryside with a heavy rucksack several times due to things not going to plan for a survey, the knee's sorted now and I got a distinction though.
