I'm going out on a second ski season in the middle of next month, and was hoping to draw on the wisdom of UKC. I am looking for a quick daily fitness routine to try and keep in reasonable shape climbing wise . Can't be to long and something that going to work lots of different muscles!
Thanks in Advance!

Nothing. Just body weight!

Tree climbing in your local park, running from tree to tree as an intense circuit.

I was tree climbing in my mid-20s in Kensington Gdns, after work to keep fit, but then I was a bit of a nutter. Never met anybody else doing it, or interested in doing it. There were several really great routes, and dozens of other shorter, very strenuous problems.

Bonsai trees make for great boulder problems.

This could be useful although you need a bit of floorspace.
